What about antibiotics in the Chicken?

Broiler chicken, meat is fresh and healthy. Antibiotics help make food safe by keeping chickens healthy. Consumers can be confident as chicken treated with antibiotics is safe because the Food and Drug Administration has a rigorous approval process for the medicine, which is safe for humans.

How do you keep the credit card information of your customers safe?

Credit card details of our customers are not stored in our system. We carry out every online payment related transaction using secure payment gateway systems.

My transaction has failed when using one of your online payment methods? What should I do now?

Go back to the site of truefishtraders.com and you will see a page where you can re-attempt to complete the online payment. There is also another option by using which you can convert the payment option from online to COD (Cash on Delivery).

I made an order using the online payment option (credit card/debit card/net banking). Now I canceled the order. How can I get my money back?

We will credit the refund amount to the account, which you used to make the payment, within 8-9 working days.

My bank is not listed in your net banking options, how can I proceed?

You can pay using a credit/debit card. In case you do not have any such card, you should use COD (Cash on Delivery) option.
